At Highgrove House and Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
